Are my reflections private?

Yes. Reflections on Learner+ are private by default - only you can view or access your entries. They are never shared with other learners, organizations, or external parties.

The only exception is when required by an accrediting body for a CME/CE compliance review. In those rare cases, reflections may be securely shared with the accreditor, strictly for regulatory purposes.

We may occasionally review anonymized, de-identified reflection signals (not raw reflection data) in aggregate to improve the learner experience and our activity — but your identity is never included. Reflections are never sold or publicly posted. We’re fully committed to protecting your privacy and the integrity of your learning.
